Conflict resolution

This is designed to heighten awareness and gain an understanding of how to deal with various levels of conflict and develop effective communication skills to minimise and negate conflicting situations. As a company or as an employee this course will meet the needs of HSE legislation.

On completion of each course certification will be awarded. For those in the security industry this will be recognised by the SIA (Security Industry Authority).
