Physical Intervention

Under H&S legislation it is requirement for employers to protect staff against workplace violence, also with many complaints of misuse of force, it is imperative companies should now look at providing staff with correct training and understanding in the inevitable use of physical intervention. This provides clear guidelines of control reducing possible injuries to staff and perpetrators alike.
Our staff has a wealth of experience in this field with clients including
Military, police, close protection officers, door supervisors, security guards, nurses, psychiatric nurses and carers.

Our aim is To develop skill and understanding to avoid possible situations arising and reduce the possibility of injuries to all parties involved.

These courses are bespoke to each company and industry therefore a full assessment of your needs will be conducted prior to delivery.

On completion of each course certification will be awarded. We also advise that all candidates also take part in our conflict management course, to develop skills to avoid and de-escalate confrontation.
